I found it to be exactly as I expected it to be. It was new as was described in the description. It arrived very quickly and I was able to start on my project right away. Thank you for your excellent service.
One thing, however, is that there is no support for RAW files. This is a good product and I use it often. I generally use Picassa for the quick and easy edits but I like some of the tools in Photo Pro X2 more. This is surprising in a product like this. This wasn't a problem before but I now have a camera which produces RAW files so I will probably have to get another program like Photoshop Elements to really deal effectively with the RAW files.
THE ITEM I ORDERED DID NOT OPERATE PROPERLY BUT I WAS NOTIFIED BY THE SELLER QUICKLY WITH A GUARANTEED FULL REFUND. I HAPPILY ACCEPTED THIS OFFER AND WOULD ORDER FROM THE SELLER AGAIN.
I own Adobe PhotoShop Elements 7 and this software. I am very partial to the PaintShop Pro Photo. Much more user friendly and a lot less of a learning curve for those quick jobs.
I stupidly thought I should upgrade to get more features. The reality is that Corel is not addressing the issues of this buggy program--they throw out fixes that have worked in the past for some people, but don't examine specific problems. All of my attempts to fix X2 took so long that I couldn't return it to Amazon and get a refund.
I cannot access Email (X2 cannot find IE)., cannot access Help files, a major drawback--X2 goes into error mode and sometimes freezes. Yes, it is also bloatware.
PSP X2 has been nothing but a headache. Etc.I have been in touch with Corel Support, and I've done everything suggested, including a clean reinstall (took about 2 hours of my time).
Takes too long to delete, to rename files. The Organizer: beware.
I also have PSP X, which works fine on my computer. PSP X2 is a flawed program, not worth the money.
